On land in the municipality cadaster, Josef Přibil from Nové Město nad Metují built a small, single-story building with a water-driven machine for folding yarn and its own weir.

On the site of the mill, the Krčín municipality establishes a hydroelectricity plant with a Francis turbine, produced by the company Josef Prokop and Sons from Pardubice (52 pieces).
